MINISTRY OF MIXOLOGY TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Please read this information carefully, as making payment represents acceptance of these terms and conditions. We want your retreat experience to be enjoyable so if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS: Workshop spaces are based on availability and are not guaranteed until full payment has been received. All workshop fees are non refundable once paid, please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy section.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your workshop bookings please contact us immediately. We will then make your space available for another delegate. If we are successful in re-selling your place we will refund you in full for the workshop fee.

Should the event be cancelled we will refund all delegates in full for the workshop fees.

Please note that we are not responsible for the hotel bookings, we cannot offer refunds on their behalf and all cancellations must be taken up with the hotel.

INSTRUCTORS & CLASS PROGRAMS: We reserve the right to change the tutors or workshop content at any time.

HOTEL AND FOOD ARRANGEMENTS: You are responsible for your own hotel bookings and breakfast and evening meal arrangements. Any grievances regarding the hotel and food arrangements must be taken up with the hotel/food provider.

We will supply all workshop delegates with a buffet lunch on each day of the workshop program. If you have any specialist dietary needs please advise us prior to booking so that we may check with the hotel that the buffet lunch can be catered for. Please ensure that you complete the specialist dietary section on the booking form so that we can notify the hotel.

DISABILITIES AND MOBILITY: Please can you inform us of any disabilities that may affect your retreat experience. We will endeavour to make the workshop as accessible as possible for you, however, this cannot be guaranteed.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO: We reserve the right to use photos or videos for future promotion.
